Garment QA Staff - Kiểm Soát Chất Lượng May Mặc (Huế) SL: 1

- Provide technical advice and support on all quality assurance issues e.g. corrective and preventive action plans to meet quality standards and performance.
- Control all quality process in factory from beginning to final.
- Responsible for all the QA/ QC functions in the relevant section.
- Co- ordinate with factories and merchandising team to arrange the inspection schedule
- Coordinate with production team to solve and improve quality issues.
- Implement/ follow up quality improvements initiatives.
- Make quality report and support for QA manager...
- Set up the defect goals & checking plan for unfinished and finished garments in- line and end- line.
* Work at each factory at Hue area depend on orders: Phu Hoa An- Hue, Son Ha- Hue, Det May- Hue, Thien An Phu- Hue, Thien Anh Phuc- Hue, Scavi- Hue....
- Local Hue person only

- Prefer Bachelor of Garment Technical or relevant degree (clothing technology, quality engineering, textiles or similar related subjects) .
- Experience is requested at least 1 year
- Pattern and garment construction knowledge for both woven and knit
- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Proactive and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work individually and in group.
- Capability in production co- ordination and all aspects in inspection planning, procedures and standards
- Ability to approve samples (photo, size set, pre- production)
- Hard working.
- Positive thinking and high responsibility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of Garment Manufacturing Processes and it’s quality requirements/ standards
- Ability to find faults and knowledge of corrective measures
