Garment Sub-Factory Control Quality Assurance (QA)

Quality Control Management:

Develop and implement QA processes and procedures for sub- factories.
Monitor production processes to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections and audits at sub- factory sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Standards and Compliance:

Ensure that all products meet company quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Train sub- factory staff on quality control procedures and standards.
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including quality manuals, inspection reports, and non- conformance reports.

Inspection and Testing:

Perform pre- production, in- line, and final product inspections to verify quality.
Ensure accurate and consistent measurement and grading of garments.
Conduct fabric and garment testing, including colorfastness, shrinkage, and seam strength tests.

Problem Resolution:

Provide technical guidance and support to sub- factories to enhance overall quality.
Work closely with sub- factory management to resolve production problems and improve processes.
Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare quality reports and present findings to senior management.
Track and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain detailed records of inspection results, audits, and corrective actions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Quality Management, or related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in managing quality at multiple production sites or sub- factories.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control within the garment or textile industry.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
In- depth knowledge of garment production processes, materials, and quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.

Working Conditions:

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate production schedules and urgent quality issues.
Station in prefer one sub- factory sites and need travel if required.
