JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare payments for salary, taxes, and insurance for staff and consultants.
• Prepare staff payroll, tax, and benefits.
• Finance and Accounting on projects.
• Provide orientation to staff on insurance, taxes, and finance- related issues.
• Ensure efficient payments and disbursements according to approved policy: control of the reception of invoices, and verification of compliance.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Carry out the procedures for money transfers at the bank as required.
• Act as key person to liaise with Insurance organizations, Tax Department, prepare paperwork and complete necessary procedures of registration/notification for new and departure staff, claim staff benefits from insurance organizations, and prepare for year- end liquidation/reconciliation of insurance and taxes.
• Ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts, record transactions, and collect documents.
• Facilitate and control the quality and timeline of the annual audit with assigned vendors.
• Perform reconciliation, payment, and collection of accounting documents in the project.
• Support in the consolidation, preparation, and timely submission of financial reports.
• Prepare tax reports, monthly/quarterly expenditure reports, annual financial statements, and other reports as required.
• Administer local various tax- related requirements as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent Vietnamese and good English skills.
• Solid knowledge of Government Social Insurance and Tax laws.
• Minimum of 1- 2 years relevant work experience.
• Good communication skills.
• University graduate with Finance/Accounting background preferred.
• Experience in all aspects of accounting including account payables, account receivables, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, payroll administration, and tax accounting.
• Well- organized and attention to detail skills.

WORKING TIME: Monday – Friday: From 8:30 – 17:30
