General Accountant

) Objective of the function:
• To comply with the Group rules & local regulations on respective recordings.
• To comply with the credit control policy
) Main responsibilities:
• Payment verification & proceeding
• Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements under VAS (Vietnam Accounting Standard);
• Fixed assets and prepaid expenses booking and management
• Prepare and submit reports/declarations to local authorities: + The monthly VAT declaration + The monthly withholding tax declaration and corresponding bookings + The quarterly reports on situation of receiving, repayment of short-term, long-term foreign loans not guaranteed by the government. + The application & related dossiers to register with the State Bank about long-term loans + The project implementation status report for FDI
• Bank payment booking & others (other than sales collection)
• Personnel related costs booking and management
• Review and control the rationality and compliance of accounting transactions
• Book and manage all expenses without purchasing order (PO)
• Other tasks as requied by Line Manager;
• Recommend collection action plans and/or provisioning of doubtful debts

• Knowledge, experiences, education, skills, personal competencies and behaviors:
- Experience with accounting software (SAP is preferred)
- At least 2 year experiences at General Accounting position in manufacturing companies
- Good English skills
- Strong knowledge on MS Office
- Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
