This job is to direct and oversee the all the development & execution internal and external communications strategy, public policy, government relations for our organization to ensure operational efficiency and support thought leadership including Company Events, VIP Guest Services, Engagement Activities, CSR/ESG Activities, ect and Office Operations at the whole sites of country.
Guide and supervise the daily operation of administration
Ensure that all kinds of decisions and new requirements of the above administrative modules can be implemented, ensure that emergency can be mobilized and guided according to their own experience, ensure that the emergency situation is handled properly.
Publicize and train the service rules to employees, thus reducing unreasonable demands and complaints. All kinds of anomalies and complaints in the process of administrative service should be solved promptly.
Direct the daily operation of various administrative tasks to ensure the effective, reliable and economical achievement of the company&039;s current and future administrative requirements.
Ensure the quality of administrative services by on- site inspection- problem finding- problem solving- improvement cycle and be able to develop key checklist for each service area.
Ensure the daily operation of the above administrative modules without major violations, complaints and safety incidents.
Communications & Corporate Affairs
Collaborate with the Corp. Communications team and handle designated external communications.
Effectively communicate organizational initiatives and projects to the public, employees, and stakeholders.
Plan, edit, and curate content for various communication channels like newsletters, LinkedIn, town halls, events, and regular memos for Vietnam.
Craft engaging and factual content in English and Vietnamese, focusing on creative storytelling for both internal and external communications.
Own a strong network of stakeholders, reporters, media influencers with deep understanding local media landscape and industry in order to shape effective programs with high resonance, relevancy, impact.
Organization, coordination and guidance of large- scale activities and important reception work
Be responsible for planning, promoting and ensuring the smooth running of a company event schedule and individual events by cross- department coordination including but not limited to Seminar, Workshop, Company Meeting, Virtual Meeting, Business Dinner, Government Meeting, Vietnam Annual Dinner, Company Outing, Company Team Building and other company- level events.
Optimize reception processes, continuously improve and enhance, and improve customer satisfaction
Coordinate with relevant parties to provide VIP Guest Services regarding agenda, transportation, reservations, food and beverage, emigration/immigration of the VIP visitors.
Brand Management
Work with external branding vendor for the translation of business needs to actions to promote the branding of Coherent on the labour market.
Coordinate with TA Team on partnering with Great Place to Work, HR Asia or targeted universities to schedule, plan and execute employer branding activities.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to conceptualise, design and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our values to current and prospective employees across multiple touch points to maintain, improve and bring awareness of Coherent Brand to the wider targeted audience.
