General Cashier Cum Accounting Officer / Nhân Viên Thủ Quỹ Kiêm Kế Toán

Responsible for the timely preparation of the daily banking of cash, preparing the General Cashiers Summary and processing petty cash.
YOUR DAY- TO- DAY
Driving and executing the Marketing section of the Business Plan; the role is responsible for the development, implementation and performance of the overall marketing strategy, creation of marketing assets, distribution channel strategy, aligned to the hotel stay brand, loyalty brand in order to achieve book direct revenue, market share growth and brand preference

Process petty cash as required and reconcile weekly
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
Spot check, monthly check cash float.
Other ad- hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
Audits daily collection of the General Cashiers Summary against the bank in slip- >General Cashiers in charge.
Daily banking involving the collection of banking envelopes from safe, and the opening, counting and balancing as a whole
Liaise with income auditor
May assist with other duties & admin task as assigned by management
Monthly and quarterly reports on foreign currency exchange to BIDV Bank and State Bank
Check all float totals regularly and keeps control on registers in outlets
Liaise with Department Heads about cashiering problems
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
Prepare journal for AP officer import to Sun to extract payment voucher weekly
Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
Monitor hotel exchange rates and adjust as necessary in accordance with Finance Policy
Process due backs daily
Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
Prepare over and under, balance monthly and present to Business Manager of designate
Issue and return house bank contracts as required and prepare house bank accounts summary on a monthly basis

Education: Vocational Certificate in Accounting or Business Administration or related field.
Service years in the field : 1 year experience as cashier, teller, or similar; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Knowledge and skills:

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Good read and write English
