General Director - FMCG Multinational

For our established Partner we are recruiting a General Director capable to lead the reorganisation of a recently acquired company
Description
The General Director, reporting directly to the Group Board of Directors, will be responsible of the following tasks:
* set the strategy and the road map to revitalise an iconic brand on a mid to long term plan (financial, marketing, sales, branding, people, ….)
* restructure the Management Team and hire the resources needed
* manage P/L, operations, and people to achieve maximum capacities
* fully responsible of Capex and Opex management
* oversee the re-branding and marketing plan of iconic brands
* responsible of asset management ( lands and properties)
* implement and integrate all corporate procedures within local standards
* rebuild policy, process, and procedure for efficiency and effectiveness
* ensure company integrity.
Profile
The ideal General Director has 10+ years experience as senior leader of complex organisation within the FMCG, Food or Pharmaceutical sector, ideally on both Operations and Sales& marketing roles.
Has deep knowledge of Vietnamese market, culture and local practices in order to maximise local revenues.
An inspirational leader of people, able provide clear direction and both empower, develop and motivate a local leadership team. As the ambassador for the organisation, you will need the credibility and gravitas to influence a diverse range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
