The General Director / Legal Representative role will assist our Company's establishment and development in Vietnam. The right candidate will work closely with our management and dedicated team to ensure we achieve development plans and goals in Vietnam by acting as legal representatives.
- Performing the given rights and obligations in a truthful, careful manner to ensure the company’s lawful interests.
- Acting in the best interest of the enterprise; do not use information, secrets, or business opportunities of the enterprise; do not misuse the position, power, or property of the enterprise for self-seeking purposes or serving the interest of other entities.
- Act (legally) to protect the company’s assets.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company’s survival and growth.
- Provide strategic advice to the board regarding operational and legal aspects of the activities of the company in Vietnam.
- Authorise legal representation of the company and conduct legal proceedings by the company.
- Sign contracts on behalf of the company, including but not limited to sales and purchase agreements, invoices, labour contracts, storage/warehouse agreements, and office lease agreements.
- Act as legal representative for the company for establishing a new company in Vietnam, applying for a business registration certificate, company dissolution, making changes to the business registration certificate, adjusting registered capital, obtaining licenses for the operation of the company, opening and closing bank accounts, obtaining tax code, submitting tax reports and insurance reports or all other legal proceedings necessary for the operation of the company.
- Participate in some meetings or having conversations with the management team, customers, local authorities, banks, or customs if necessary.
