General Director of Subsidiary

- Lead and motivate all staff for company’s strategic and goal achievement.
- Manage and operate all operating functions of Subsidiary (included but not limited to the department of Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Administration, Sales & Marketing, Construction, Design ...) in construction, business, services of company in accordance with business development of the Group and revenue, profit given by Chairman, Group CEO.
- Responsible for revenue, profit / loss of the Company.
- Make accountability for the current and future objectives of subsidiaries to Group CEO as sales and profit growth, quality of products / services improvement, talent development and other activities.

Qualification:
Bachelor Degree (Economics/Business Administration/Project Management / Construction, Architecture).
Working Experience:
At least 5 years in senior leadership positions for CEO position.
At least 10 years in Executive Management Position.
Preferably in Real Estate, construction.
Expertise:
- A strong leader can work in a dynamic environment, rapid growth and more challenge.
- Management and leadership skills. Ability to lead and develop in oriented development environment.
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, presentations.
- Experience in management of strategic business units at different positions.
- Strategic vision of investment orientation and business development of company.
- Understand the needs and tastes of customers in real estate market, construction.
- Ability to judge and predict the market and sensitivity to the customer’s needs.
- Deep knowledge about sales and marketing.
- Plan and deployment of strategy.
