Qualification:
Bachelor Degree (Economics/Business Administration/Project Management / Construction, Architecture).
Working Experience:
At least 5 years in senior leadership positions for CEO position.
At least 10 years in Executive Management Position.
Preferably in Real Estate, construction.
Expertise:
-Strategic vision of investment orientation and business development of company.
-Deep knowledge about sales and marketing.
-Understand the needs and tastes of customers in real estate market, construction.
-A strong leader can work in a dynamic environment, rapid growth and more challenge.
-Experience in management of strategic business units at different positions.
-Management and leadership skills. Ability to lead and develop in oriented development environment.
-Ability to judge and predict the market and sensitivity to the customer’s needs.
-Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, presentations.
