Budgeting & Controlling
Ensure smooth operations of each project from design, planning, legal, construction, project development, etc. to property management and operations aligned with its scope of services for each project.
Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
In conjunction with COE develop standards and procedures related to PMCM services.
Enhance innovations and implement best practices, and standard operating procedures prescribed by Center of Excellence to create and maintain the satisfaction of internal & external customers.
Drive the implementation of strategy and performance review
Define strategic goals, business model and organizational structure that supports the delivery of business strategy at CMI and NLL level to achieve the target revenue and profit for CMI to contribute to NLL.
Ensure efficient operations of CMI to achieve business targets and development direction of CMI. Primary responsibilities include making major corporate decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of CMI, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors (the board) and corporate operations and being the public face of CMI.
Responsible for managing operations of CMI to achieve business plan and NLG visions.
Develop, implement, and control annual business plan and implementation cost to ensure cost effectiveness of the company:
- Design Management: master plan 1/2000, 1/500, concept design, basic design, technical design and construction design.
- Planning & Budget Control: construction cost control, legal cost control, G&A cost control, M&S cost control, tendering, procurement plan, approve & comfort to parties if any cost is over budget.
- Project Management: project master timeline, budget, timing, QA/ QC, HSE, Legal affair.
- Construction Management: Set the key milestones for project construction, check the construction status report on term.
In corporation with other functional divisions to develop an effective project management team to deliver value propositions to NLG and customer satisfaction.
Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
Grow relationship with Business Units, Service/Execution/Supporting Centers in NLL, other Business Units, Center of Excellence and Corporate functional Divisions in NLIC to develop capabilities of CMI.
Get strategic partnership to grow businesses and partners
Develop an annual personnel plan to meet the business targets/goals in order to come up with the proper operation budget (OB), which is aligned with NLL and approved by Group. Manage and implement it within the approved OB.
Represent the company in the interaction with large customers, government entities, financial communities, and the public as authorization to ensure all activities are going smoothly.
Ensure 100% compliance in term of submitting the reports to all relevant parties at NLL & at Group level.
Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a contact point for important shareholders.
