General Manager

Position profile:
Through proactive and continuous contact, this job will uphold a solid relationship with the property owner.
As the top- ranking member of the resort&039;s management team, the General Manager is in charge of overseeing all aspects of operation and leading resort teams to accomplish all goals while adhering to company rules and regulations.

Main requirements:
• Comprehensive functional understanding of all departmental activities.
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
• Solid comprehension of environmental preservation and sustainability.
• A minimum of five years&039; experience managing a resort/hotel in the same class and size within the global hospitality industry.
• Excellent ability to lead. Outstanding talent and human resource management.
• A degree in business administration, economics, or a closely comparable program in hotel management or tourism.
• Familiarity with IT tools utilized in the hotel management setting.
• Proficient in revenue management and possessing strong sales and marketing abilities.
