Mô tả công việc

Reporting To: Managing operation of garment company
• Responsible for overall brand business performance
• Set and develop goals, objectives, and strategic plans to achieve business target
• Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
• Lead the team to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experience and brand profitability
• Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers/principals
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 8 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity,
• Proven track record of leading teams that deliver outstanding customer experience in the premium retail environment
• Proven track record of delivery or exceeding sales targets with a progressive management style
• Strong ability to hire, manage, motivate, grow, manage conflict, and retain employees
• Highly driven, result oriented and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environment
• Strong business acumen with a customer-centric personality
• Detailed and coupled with the ability to manage business and review financial numbers
•Managing: All departments of company office and factory including production…
•Working with government agencies, working with departments, meeting customers, handling factory-related CVs
