General Manager - Coworking Operations & Expansion

Responsibilities

Manage a team of 8- 13 people, providing guidance, support, and training
Improve operational efficiencies through automation, continuous process optimization and training
Professionalize and transform operations from owner- led to GM- led best practices.
Develop/Improve SOPs and other business structures (org chart, KPIs, POS, etc)
Top leader of the business with final responsibility for profit, growth & people.
You only report directly to the owner on a weekly basis
Phase 1: Optimize. Phase 2: Expand

Ready to take final responsibility as the top manager of the whole business
Ideally, experience in business growth and expansion.
Talented & experienced at building and improving business structures to fit the complex needs of the business
Ideally: ability to effectively work with technical experts to setup business software (ERP, CRM, POS, booking system, etc) and automations tailored to specific business needs
Small brick and mortar business leadership experience (F&B, small hotel or other)
High level of English fluency
Strong track record in leading teams, businesses and growing profitability.
Excellent people & communication skills
Skilled at enabling staff to do their best work through training, SOPs and following up
