* Business:
- Coordinate to implement effective business plans. Bring the highest revenue and profit for the hotel.
- Optimal restaurant/hall space and managing food and beverage costs effectively.
- Coordinate with related departments to set targets, orientation, and business plans.
* Manage the operation of the hotel:
Pre- opening period
- Build hotel operation and development plan as well as pre- opening budget;
- Participate in pre- opening human resource activities: Build HR planning, organizational structure, employee recruiting, etc.
- Build a system of processes, regulations, 5- star service standards, and requirements for the hotel;
Operation & Development Period:
- Change and improve processes to suit the new orientation of the hotel.
- Directly check, set up rooms, organize reception, send off and visit VIP guests and upper during their stay at the hotel, listen to opinions
- Be responsible for getting optimal customer satisfaction.
f the guests, and promptly solve arising problems;
- Quickly coordinate with related departments to effectively handle arising problems to bring the most satisfaction to customers.
* Responsible for Security and Safety
* HR Management
- Create a positive working environment for all employees. Advise all levels of staff through formal and informal meetings, performance
discussions, and feedback;
* Other missions
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, and communities. Ensure the most effective handling of inquiries from the
community and the media. Coordinate with the Communications Department of the Head Office to deal with sensitive issues;
- Periodically report on business activities to the General Director (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly report) and irregularly report on
incidents that occur out of control;
- Other duties assigned by the Investor or the General Director..
