General Manager for Daymaker Coffee Shop

Ability to motivate employees to work in teams to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
Self- discipline, initiative, leadership, and extroversion.
Must be able to handle the pressure of coordinating a series of activities simultaneously and proposing appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
Pleasant style, politeness and neat and clean appearance.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop).
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverages, and labor costs while maintaining the required operational standards in daily restaurant operations.
Must have good communication skills with English proficiency
Proficiency in the following aspects of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, cleaning, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and report preparation.

Minimum 3- year- experiences at equivalent position
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of FB operations and business acumen
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable hospitality school or equivalent
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
