General Manager (Furniture Field)

Overall Management of the production and shipping operations.
· Effectively controlling costs and developing operating budgets.
· Boosting delivery efficiencies via implementing new employee job procedures.
· Identifying and implementing ongoing, continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations
· Manage and develop staff, with a view to up-skilling them
· Analyse and implement plans and strategies to improve the overall operation in Vietnam

Previous experience in running a large, high volume busy operation at multiple locations
Ability to analyse current production requirements with a view to implementing an ongoing shipment management process.
Demonstrate strong Leadership andteam developmentskills
Competent Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
Proven staff management record
Experience in furniture manufacturing not essential but beneficial.
Ability to work under pressure
