The mission of the General Manager is to spearhead the entry of a dermo- cosmetic brand into the Vietnamese market with a primary focus on establishing a compelling and resonant brand presence. This strategic leader will be at the forefront of crafting and executing initiatives that not only introduce the company brand into the local skincare landscape but also position the brand as a trusted and influential player. By orchestrating innovative branding strategies and ensuring a consistent and captivating brand image, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and perception of the company, thereby laying the foundation for sustained success and market leadership in Vietnam.
Job Description:
Branding and Market Positioning:

Collaborate with marketing teams to localize global marketing strategies for the Vietnamese market.
Devise and execute marketing plans to increase brand visibility and awareness.
Lead all aspects of branding initiatives, ensuring a strong and consistent brand image.

Business Strategy and Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the company in alignment with the company&039;s global objectives.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and potential partners.
Identify market opportunities, conduct market analysis, and formulate strategies to position the brand effectively.

Operational Management:

Work closely with cross- functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
Develop and implement robust operational processes tailored to the Vietnamese business landscape.
Oversee day- to- day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high- quality standards.

Team Leadership and Development:

Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Recruit, train, and lead a high- performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Create a collaborative and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company&039;s values.

Market Research and Intelligence:

Utilize market intelligence to make informed business decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Conduct continuous market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.

Financial Management:

Work with Finance Manager to monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 10 years of working experience demonstrating proficiency in People, Business, Digital, and Leadership Skills.
Open to applications from both local and expatriate candidates.
Technical expertise prioritized in the following areas: Branding & Marketing, Business Development (Partnerships), Sales/E- Commerce, Finance Management, and Operational Excellence.
Extensive track record of successful branding initiatives, with more than 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
Demonstrated authenticity, creativity, and dynamism in previous roles.
Proficient in English communication; French language skills are advantageous.
Preferred qualification: MBA degree.
