General Manager - International Coworking

Responsibilities

- Lead a diverse team to promote a vibrant and fun work culture.
- Proactively address and resolve issues or identify opportunities
- Ensure facilities and garden are maintained
- Report directly to the owner
- You lead the business. You take final responsibility that everything is going smoothly.
- Inspire & motivate staff, follow- up and check their progress and workload
- Manage SOPs and processes like membership tracking
- Lead staff & engage "hands- on" across various areas of the business
- Manage yearly, quarterly, and fortnightly goals.
- Collaborate with the community manager for excellent customer service
- Oversee daily operations across the coworking, F&B, and accommodation units
- Coordinate marketing initiatives in tandem with freelance professionals.
- Ideally: drive business automation efforts, working closely with IT experts
- In charge of KPIs like customer satisfaction, occupancy and profit

Above- average English fluency, ideally fluent in Vietnamese
Familiarity with Western culture and an ability to bridge cultural nuances.
Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for conflict resolution.
Executor/Finisher- type personality: Possesses a natural inclination for following through on commitments and finalizing tasks.
Observant nature to identify and proactively address potential issues or inefficiencies
Proven experience in small business management, ideally in F&B or hospitality
Strength in creating structures, systems, and processes (SOPs) that make work easier and faster.
Ideally tech- savvy with a willingness to adapt and learn new tools and platforms.
A proactive, self- starter attitude with a sense of ownership over the entire business, valuing structure and consistency in operations.
