Responsibilities

Be responsible for all aspects of operations
Manage ongoing profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded
Discuss more in the interview
Build up a professional team to develop the resort on the right track of its concept
Set up SOP, P&P, Manning, Operation System
Develop Resort as Glamping concept

Qualifications

Requirements for modern management skillset
Have knowledge of the Glamping trend
Have a personally dynamic lifestyle
At least 02 years in the position
Have experience in various kinds of service
Requirements for relevant qualifications and certificates in Hospitality
