Hub Hoi An is more than a multi- award- winning coworking space. We are a place of friendship, an international community of young professionals, and focus on healthy living set against the backdrop of Hoi An&039;s green rice fields. We have three business units- coworking, F&B and coliving (accommodation, with a partner company) and 6 staff soon to grow to 8- 9.
Responsibilities
- Proactively address and resolve issues or identify opportunities
- Ideally tech- savvy with a willingness to adapt and learn new tools and platforms.
- Lead a diverse team to promote a vibrant and fun work culture.
- Strength in creating structures, systems, and processes (SOPs) that make work easier and faster
- In charge of KPIs like customer satisfaction, occupancy and profit
- Proven experience in small business management, ideally in F&B or hospitality
- Collaborate with the community manager for excellent customer service
- Ideally: drive business automation efforts, working closely with IT experts
- Familiarity with Western culture and an ability to bridge cultural nuances.
- Ensure facilities and garden are maintained
- Coordinate marketing initiatives in tandem with freelance professionals.
- Above- average English fluency, ideally fluent Vietnamese
- Inspire & motivate staff, follow- up and check their progress and work load
- Report directly to the owner
Requirements
- A proactive, self- starter attitude with a sense of ownership over the entire business, valuing structure and consistency in operations.
- Manage yearly, quarterly and fortnightly goals.
- Manage SOPs and processes like membership tracking
- You lead the business. You take final responsibility that everything is going smoothly.
- Observant nature to identify and proactively address potential issues or inefficiencies
- Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for conflict resolution.
- Lead staff & engage "hands- on" across various areas of the business
- Oversee daily operations across the coworking, F&B, and accommodation units
- Executor/Finisher- type personality: Possesses a natural inclination for following through on commitments and finalizing tasks.
