General Source Inspect
r working in Hanoi
, JD as follow:
Scope:
The inspector needs to onsite perform source inspection and quality issue resolving for all Harman products.
Essential Responsibilities:
Out- going inspection
1 Perform 100% source inspection for all Harman products produced at ANAM per Harman inspection criteria.
2 Inspection procedures:
· Packaging integration check
Packaging check includes checking serial number format, label contents, barcode scanning, accessories and printing quality…etc.
· Product cosmetic check
Cosmetic check includes checking all surfaces of the product under required light conditions. Defects judgment needs to follow Harman visual inspection criteria level 2 (High End).
· Product functional check
Functional check includes sine sweeping test and air leak test per specified test conditions of each model.
Verifying Change Request (if any) implementation and reporting status to Harman for reference.
Performing regular line audit to review yield rate, line output or quality issues.
Following up the analysis of the defects detected in source inspection, AQL rejection, end user complaint and monitoring corrective actions implementation.
New Product Introduction
Deploy and monitoring Harman request and process specification at supplier site.
Collaborate with key team to address blocking issues that may delay NPI SOP schedules and or ramp plans due to material and capacity issues.
Foster teamwork with key team to ensure total alignment of efforts and objectives
Sustaining Operations Support
To leading/coordinate outstanding issues which impact the production/delivery and actions taken to ensure the demand to be fulfilled on time and on volume.
Develop and deploy project/change management.
Support Harman cross- functional teams on projects related to changes or modifications.
Ensure that any of the above changes are effectively implemented at ODM/CM suppliers and Tier 2 suppliers
Reporting:
Daily Production Status Report
Provide daily source inspection report of each shipment with photos to Harman for review per Harman specified report format
Provide daily production report including material status, line output, yield rate and main quality issues to Harman for review
Daily Source Inspection Report

At least 3 years’ experience in quality field, especially QC/QA/SQE.
Local language + Chinese or local language + English spoken ability with good communication skills
Hands on supplier quality management experience, especially for ISO9001, 8D, ECN, PPAP and etc.
Familiar with audio products is preferred
Experience on program operations is preferred
Familiar with quality tools and ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 sampling plan.
Technical school or above
