Generative AI Engineer

Collect and preprocess data to ensure it is suitable for training generative models. This may involve handling large datasets, augmenting data, and ensuring high data quality.
Work with software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.
Fine- tune hyperparameters and use techniques like transfer learning to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and related fields. This involves reading research papers, attending conferences, and experimenting with new methods.
Deploy generative models into production environments, ensuring they are reliable, efficient, and scalable.

Proven experience in developing and refining prompts for AI applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and optimize AI tool performance.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with AI frameworks like OpenAI’s GPT, Copilot, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or prompt engineering.
