We are a small and fast- moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer- oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us.
Job Responsibilities:

Write reports and help develop work plans to improve consultant management and performance.
Identify, contact, and onboard advisors/consultants proficient in German who specialize in Astrology, Horoscope, Spiritual, and Emotional guidance.
Assist in managing advisors/consultants&039; accounts, ensuring smooth operations and performance.
Monitor and maintain the availability of advisors/consultants on the app.

Job Requirements:

Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast- paced environment.
Proficiency in German (written and spoken, at least from level B2 above).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in astrology, spiritual guidance, or related fields is a plus.
