Mô tả công việc

** Job purpose
Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve the highest performance levels.
** Duties and responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily activities of the branch office, including operations, marketing & sales, customer service; finance, personnel and logistics;
- Define the vision, short-term & long-term strategic orientation to meet the development requirements of the branch and the market in the business sector;
- Develop strategic plans for sales and marketing;
- Conduct regular sales and operations meetings;
- Increase brand awareness within the community; organize marketing activities and events for the branch;
- Be responsible to the CEO for sales targets of the branch;
- Inform employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information;
- Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Monitor sales and customer services; solving customer problems as needed;
- Assess market conditions and identifying opportunities;
- Manage budgets allocated to the branch;
- Recognize employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the workplace;
- Keep up-to-date with products, sales activities, and competitor information;
- Initiate changes to improve the business together with the team;
- Keep the team updated on business performance, initiatives and other relevant issues;
- Follow up, evaluate and give feedback on sales KPIs to the team;
- Monthly reports; annual report or when required;
- Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, promotional plans, etc.;
- Work with category directors and marketing team on product promotions and training activities.
- Monitor and manage the level of work completion against the budget and targets;
- Approve and sign financial expenditures or contracts within the scope of authority;
- Organize and execute training programs for branch personnel;
- Evaluate employee work reports and the entire process;
- To be in charge of staff performance review, training & development;
- Inform HR department the needs of recruitment of staff;
- Coordinate with HR team for staff disciplines;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO.

** Qualifications
- University graduate or post graduate major in Business Administration; Marketing, Foreign Trade, Economics....
** Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in equivalent position;
- Prior to business mindset people;
- Prior to people having FMCG working experience;
- Prior to people having working experience in multinational environment.
** Languages
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
** Job requirements/ Selection criteria
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook;
- Have business mindset, have good creative thinking;
- Extensive knowledge of FMCG consumers and market in Vietnam; Prefer Wine knowledge
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and propose effective sales plans;
- Good leadership; ability to work independently and team work skills;
- Good presentation skills, problems solving and decision making skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Planning and implementation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Willing to work overtime or on holidays when needed.
