Leadership & Strategy

Develop and implement the Agro Division’s strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
Coordinate and provide direction to reporting Directors.
Ensure financial efficiency, risk management, and compliance with international certifications.

Agro Sourcing Management

Approve tendering, contracting, negotiation, and logistics processes.
Oversee policies for domestic and imported raw material sourcing.

Agro Development

Implement raw material development projects and achieve international certifications.
Lead research on crop varieties, cultivation techniques, nutrition, and crop protection.

Agro Services

Develop agricultural consulting services for farmers and partners (varieties, soil, cultivation, nutrition, crop protection).
Promote partnerships, technology transfer, and capacity building within farming communities.

Operations & Data Governance

Manage agricultural data systems (EO, SAP, FRM) and digital tools.
Analyze data for forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support.
Control budgets, receivables/payables, inventories, and overall divisional operational efficiency.

Strong strategic thinking, results- driven mindset, and innovation capability.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in raw material area management, sourcing, and farmer development.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the agricultural sector, including at least 5 years in senior management roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and build strategic partnerships.
