Requirement for application

Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera, Smile, SunSystems) and advanced MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), tax regulations, budgeting, and financial management.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead and develop high- performing finance teams.
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and decision- making skills with a strong commercial mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Hotel/Resort industry.
