Position: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
JOB PURPOSE
The Chief Sales Officer leads the company’s product business segment, focusing on scaling revenue for the company’s technology solutions (CRM, HRM, WMS) in the Vietnam market. This role drives commercial strategy, revenue growth, and manages the sales organization targeting FDI enterprises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to improve market fit and commercial success.
Drive business growth in the FDI enterprise segment across Vietnam.
Strengthen key client relationships to ensure retention, renewal, and expansion.
Manage and optimize the full sales pipeline and go- to- market for product sales.
Lead enterprise acquisition, strategic partnerships, and large- scale B2B deals.
Oversee sales operations, forecasting, and data- driven performance optimization.
Develop and execute commercial strategies for the company’s technology product lines (CRM, HRM, WMS).
Identify new product- market opportunities and competitive insights.
Lead major negotiations and secure long- term subscription or licensing contracts.

REQUIREMENTS
Strong enterprise sales capability, especially with FDI clients.
Strong communication and stakeholder management with enterprise- level clients.
Extensive experience selling technology products/SaaS (CRM/HRM/WMS or relevant).
Deep understanding of software delivery models and subscription- based products.
Skilled in sales ops, forecasting, and data- driven decision- making.
Proven record of driving revenue growth and leading sales organizations.
7–12 years of experience in Sales/BD, including 3–5 years in management.
Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) & modern sales/AI tools.
