Job Description
Manpower Management:
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Organizing relevant training sessions.
• Forecast manpower needs based on plan and coordinate with HR in recruitment activities
• Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
• Supervising and keep discipline to ensure worker follow company’s regulation
• Regular conduct skill assessment for all worker, take suitable training content to level up skill for worker.
• Take assessment for new or renew labor contract
• Monitoring: manpower budget, job description of all position…
Production Monitoring:
• Monitoring productivity, target by hour, improvement to increase productivity
• Monitoring: production planning/leadtime/layout of production, overseeing production processes
• Monitoring quality of products from the preparing step to inline – outline – packing – finishing
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales
• Make improvement plan for all processing of production
• Control all machines, equipment, tools…to symmetrical according to production plan
• Monitoring technological process, sample, technical document…
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Checking and monitoring all material, semi-product and other related for production
Quality Control:
• Control quality from the input step to mass production and export step
• Statistical to give solution for quality improvement
Machinery Monitoring:
• Monitoring all matter related machine/equipment/tools or part: status, repair or maintenance procedure and plan
• Control spare part to ensure providing for production on time
• Monitoring workshop floor and all concerning such as: electricity system, steam system, machine system of cutting area, control wattage…
General requirement:
• English: Advanced
• MS Office: Word; Excel; PowerPoint
• Production Management: LEAN; 4M, 7 Tools; PDCA; 5S; KAIZEN; QCDMS/E; TQM; ETC.,
• Skills: Leadership; Communication; Presentation; Problem solving; Planning; Target setting; etc.,

• At least 5 years at the same position in manufacturing companies (garment industry would be an advantage)
• Graduated university major in related field
• Male; Age: from 35 above
