Giám Đốc Tài Chính/Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

- Standardize the financial and accounting system to prepare for IPO.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and standardize financial processes.
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Optimize costs and manage the company’s overall financial performance.
- Provide strategic financial advisory, build and operate the financial model for the parent company, subsidiaries, and business units.
- Location: One of the two offices:
+ Hanoi Office: LK 1- 2- 3 Building, Nguyen Van Loc Street, Dai Mo Ward, Hanoi City (if based in Hanoi, at least 50% of the time will be required at Hải Dương).
+ Headquarters: An Dinh Office, Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong City (formerly Hai Duong City)

Background & Experience
- Strong expertise in corporate finance, accounting, auditing, fundraising, M&A, and IPO.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CFA, CPA, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Proven track record in a similar role, especially in fast- growing or rapidly changing companies, with the ability to maintain financial control during scaling and revenue shifts.
Technical Competencies
- Financial & Cost Analysis: Assess financial performance and provide strategic cost decisions for different channels and regions.
- Cash Flow & Liquidity Management: Optimize cash flow and ensure liquidity for business operations and expansion.
- Financial Reporting: Deliver periodic financial statements and forecasts to support strategic decision- making and IPO preparation.
- Debt Management & Capital Raising: Manage financial liabilities, secure funding from financial institutions, and prepare for IPO.
- Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain a robust internal control framework and ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations.
