The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance the visibility, reputation of the Furama – Ariyana Danang and IBH Company, including all brands belonging to IBH JSC. This role is also required to drive revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns, brand management, and customer engagement initiatives
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Marketing plans and strategies:
• Analyse digital marketing metrics to optimize campaigns
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, digital advertising
• Develop and executive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and targets.
• Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost- effective allocation of resources.
• Develop and executive SEO/SEM strategies to drive online systems and improve search engine ranking.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
• Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
– Brand Management:
• Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and materials
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity and image of the company
• Develop and implement brand awareness campaigns
– Content Creation and Management:
• Co- ordinate with creative team, media, agencies to produce quality content.
• Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements and multimedia materials.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
– Public relations and communications:
• Establish and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers
• Manage public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive image of the company
• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits and other PR materials.
– Event planning and management:
• Collaborate with all concerned departments within the company for event execution
• Plan and executive marketing events
• Collaborate with events coordinator and vendors to ensure successful execution
– Customer engagement
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strong leadership and team management skills
