Giám Đốc Trung Tâm Anh Ngữ (English Center Manager)

- Forecast and manage Center headcount; to coordinate with HR team in recruiting and utilizing talents effectively.
- Be responsible for making plan on training, coaching, mentoring academic knowledge and skills for all staffs to maximize their capacity.
- Coordinate with Academic Manager to bring out the best service to customers, teachers, Tas and staffs.
- Plan and manage all PR and Marketing events for the Center in order to spread Center’s image at the specific area.
- Account for all issues related to centers from finance, sales (revenue, profits, P&L,), development plan, image and reputation.
- Control all matters related to its customers and teachers; solve all customers’ complaints.
- Make all operation budget plans in one year for Focus center and report to BOD about all weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly related reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Good management skills;
Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Project, etc.;
Strategy planning skills;
Excellent organizational skills;
Work on shift and/or weekend;
Strong sales and customer service focus;
University graduated;
Travel outside the city-center.
Training, coaching and delegating skills;
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese;
At least 3 years experience at management level;
Understanding of local and foreign educational systems;
