Position: Assistant Manager
Department: Maintenance
(19 Saturdays off per year ~ 2 Saturdays off per month)
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend lifespan.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Oversee the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other system failures.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including schedules, completed work, and equipment status.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure the work environment meets legal and safety standards.
Team Management: Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.

Working location: Long Binh, Dong Nai
Budgeting: Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost- effective use of resources and materials.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or services.
