- Monitor the machinery status, create maintenance plan and carry out maintenance activities in the Production.- Analyse problem root cause of machinery breakdown and provide corrective actions, preventive action to ensure productivity and product’s quality.- Coordinate with warehouse department regarding inventory of spare part in accordance with maintenance plan, crease purchase request to ensuring sufficiency of spare part for maintenance needs.- Supervise production process to achieve production productivity as well as ensuring product quality.- Supervise production process in order to minimize production loss, minimize production cost, increase productivity of machinery as well as man power.- Supervise and control subordinates to effectively perform work pertaining to associated standard requirements of ISO, HACCP, GMP.- Coordinate with superior to prepare and control budget of department.

- Working experience: At least 2- year- experience in the similar position in manufacturing company, especially in the food canning line manufacturing industry or related industry.- A Bachelor or higher level with a major in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Food Technology, or related Industrial Engineering.- Lean Six Sigma certified OR TPM implementation experience.- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 22000, 14001 and 45001.- English communication.- Computer skill: Microsoft office.
