Giám Sát Bộ Phận Giải Trí Experience Supervisor (Activities, Excursions, Boutique & Kids Club)

Duties and responsibilities for this position shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and make suggestions to improve the value of excursions
- Making new trips to attract more guests
- Maximum the sale to reach the budget monthly
- Make cost and selling prices for all activities
- Maintain the standard of Experience operation.
- Cooperate with training department for all training program
- Cooperate with Accountant for making the budget yearly
- Recognize the potential host to assist them, train them for the key hosts
- Cooperate with sale for web advertisement
- Meeting the guests upon arrival for Excursion operation
- Handle guest’s complaints and solve the guest&039;s problem
- Assist to train the hosts within the department to reach Six Senses standards
- Training hosts frequently to maintain the best service
- Make the plan for training in need
- Handle the VIP guests, Fam and press trip
- Manage the process and development within the department
- Survey for new destinations of the excursion
- Minimize cost for all activities

Experience as a tour guide is a must
Highly interactive and people friendly.
Hotel, Resort background (Background in 5* environment is a plus)
Well noted about the hospitality products and the philosophy of the guests need
Gentle in communication, friendly in work, open-minded and good manner
Very good command over written and spoken English.
Great knowledge in tourism.
A minimum of 2 years in same or equivalent position
Fluent in English communication and good at product selling
