Giám Sát Chuỗi Cung Ứng Lạnh - Cold Chain Supervisor (Ice Cream)

Technical & safety supervision for cabinets:- Manage repair & maintenance (R&M) service providers- Manage spare part replacement processes- Control replacement materials at the central warehouse/workshop- Manage all tasks related to R&M at central warehouse- Ensure quality and safety of ice cream cabinet maintenance processes- Test the quality of new cabinets and give feedback to suppliers- Assist cold chain manager to manage the cold chain.- Audit the cold chain- Drive Operational efficiencies e.g. Cost Savings, Utilization of resources, alternate ways of working, effective R&M- Support in engineering inspection for cold store, cold truck and other equipment related to cold chain.- Deliver projects & tasks as assigned
Cabinet supervision: (tủ kem)- Manage cabinets from central warehouse to distributors- Cabinet Tracking and monitoring – Strong Performance management- Support audit & cabinet management- Control the quality of cold chain equipment during loading & unloading processes- Team training on Cabinet management and system operations- Ensure Cabinet Guidelines implementation on ground.- Support to CD Department.- Propose optimized solutions in logistics management- Provide cabinet operating/installation instructions for new opening stores & on- site support upon request.
Related stakeholders:- Internal CD team- Distributors / retailers- 3P maintenance service providers- Report to Cold Chain Manager

College/Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering/HVAC/ Industrial Management/ Thermal Engineering/ Industrial System Engineering.
OPEN FOR FRESH GRADS OR CANDIDATES with less than 1 year experience.
Proficient office skills (Email/Word/Excel/Powerpoint)- MANDATORY
