Giám Sát Chuyên Môn Tiếng Anh (Academic Supervisor)

Report and build up ideas to develop service quality at his/her branch or system.
Other tasks related to service quality, customer care (for branch that has fewer than 1000 students).
In charge of teaching quality of all Teachers in his/her branch. Make sure they work accordingly to syllabus, programmes, teaching methodology and within company guidelines.
Supervise, support and follow up with Admin tasks related to Academic Department
Plan to observe all classes in his/her branch, in order to evaluate class quality, teacher standards and teaching quality.
Analyze and be responsible for re- enrollment rate or stop- student rate, make plan for student who has temporarily stopped by month/class/level.
Instruct and train new Teachers about regulations, procedures, process of the Company to help them work to their best potential.
Work directly with the Teachers on how to arrange suitable classes and support them with other things when necessary.
Check up and support Teachers to adjust their lesson plans. Arrange Teachers schedule appropriately based on their strengths to make sure all classes are run effectively.
Execute necessary teaching quality management methods in accordance with Company’s regulations.
Follow up and store information in order to take care and support for students and clients via phone, emails, facebook…
Make customer service plans. Supervise care work which is done by CCO office worker.
Take part in teaching when necessary.

Language proficiency: English and advanced level
Working skills: Able to work under high pressure, Positive thinking, have interest in tasks with high targets and challenges.
At least 02 year of experience, priority is given to candidate who had worked at Education organization/ English Center.
Range of age is above 25
University graduate, priority is bachelor’s degree belonging to Pedagory and English Pedagory.
Other related skills: Team management skill, good negotiation / persuasion/ communication skills, good organizing and supervising skill, planning and assigning work skill.
Computer skills: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Powerpoint
