Assist SOM to coordinate & manage annual stock take follow procedure & completion.
Manage inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
SOS to conduct performance appraisals for and coach development of staff on a regular basis.
SOS to review & work for improving of enthusiastic and professional standard of customer service.
Providing leadership by example & direction to all employees.
Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance and recognize excellent performance.
Recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven Associates
SOS on the implementation of his direction for performance improvement or solve problems.
Manage & ensure operational efficiency in each store.
Monitor & ensuring all store are operating as per Standard Operation Procedure & Guideline.
SOS on ensuring team have clear understanding of their goals & work out for success.

Foreign language: English
Personality/: Ownership, Attention to detail, Trustworthiness, Initiative, responsible, helpful, humble, courteous & decently dressed
Knowledge : SKU management, Basic computer proficiency(Microsoft Office), Basic competency in Mathematics, Stock take, Product Knowledge
Education: college and above, high school if more than 3 years experience in store operation in general
Skills: Interpersonal communication, Customer service, Leadership, Multitasking, Time management, Sales skill, Result oriented
Experience: minimum 2 years in store operation in general
