Prepare a yearly plan for regional level to ensure optimal operation at best cost and SLA.
In collaboration with other functions, address urgent cases (e.g., emergent request of extra truck/replacement, overloaded stations, heavy traffic, ETC.)
Initiate and follow up projects to improve Linehaul operation.
Ensure implementation of plan to ensure quality (timing, missing, lost) and quantity (number of trucks)
Deeply investigate and understand root cause of failures in Operation (e.g., late, driver&039;s fighting, fraud, ETC.)
Ensure continuous improvement of performance (on- time and fulfilment) and operation efficiency (SOPs)
Be responsible for Operation Optimization in the matter of Cost Optimization and Service Quality Improvement
Ensure driver&039;s compliance with internal and external regulation/SOP (e.g., no tolerance of alcohol, drugs, ETC.)
Actively contribute/ input detailed understandings from the ground (operation, driver, ETC.) to support high levels of operation optimization.
Work on shift- base: On- site 30% and monitoring through system 70%.
Build up good relationships with on- site teams (SOC, FMLM) and drivers.
Review and monitor BAU/Spike- day plan for number of trucks.

Truck monitoring GPS/Tools: Experienced
Experienced in team management.
English reading skill: Good
Experienced as Linehaul Coordinator or similar: min 3 years.
Problem- solving: Excellent
Excel/Reporting and Analytical tools: Intermediate
Task management: Good
Team Collaboration: Good
Analytical mindset: Good
Experience in SOP Design/Optimization is a big plus.
College, bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, facility management will be an advantage.
