WORKING LOCATION: Khu công nghiệp Lê Minh Xuân III (Bình Chánh, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh)
To manage the admin team to:
· Fulfil all the jobs related to order processing
· Inventory management
· Manage system as a key user
· Customer service

B- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
System:
· Be able to manage a new system for new project
· Adjust system when being required
· Be responsible to register new warehouse on system
· Maintain master data on system to make sure the data is unique and correct
Staff management:
· Ensure the Admin team to have capability to fulfil the job
· Ensure all the SOPs, work instructions are followed strictly by the team.
· Train to the team to ensure each individual knows and perform the job well.
· Responsible to evaluate staff in monthly basis
· Ensure to have backup plan when once leaves.
Orders/ inventory management and reports:
· Ensure all the orders are managed and processed on time and in the right processes.
· Responsible to reconcile physical inventory vs both internal and external system.
· Ensure daily cycle count, monthly stock count is planned and conducted for all assigned accounts.
· Responsible for daily/ monthly report on inbound/ outbound/ inventory report for every assigned accounts.
· Co-ordinate with customer to solve the issues if any
· Take the lead of monitoring and controlling orders from all the customers assigned.
Others:
· Other suitable jobs assigned by direct manager.
· Responsible for making Billing statements for every customers and submit to Senior Site Operation Manager to approve.
· Have the team filled the documents as required. Ensure the secure, traceability of documents.
· Be able to setup new Admin team for new project if any.
· Issue SOPs, WI related.
· Tracking expenses and cost. Collect invoice from suppliers and submit to accounting department.
C-MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Good desktop applications and expert on using WMS & SAP or ERP
- Good team management skill
- Basic English communication skill
