· Planning and implementing tasks such as repairing, renewing, installing equipment for the warehouse and warehouse system according to company standards.
· Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse
· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
· Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, delivery and request maintenance when necessary.
· Produce reports and statistics weekly, monthly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) for Board of Director
· Performs other related duties as assigned
· Manage stock control (quantity, state, import & export,..), reconcile with data storage system, perform import and export procedures, arrange, store, preserve goods
· Ensure materials are always in stock
· Coordinating with HR Manager to resource, monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees in department
· Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment meet an efficient working environment for the whole warehouse system

· Good project management skills, including strong decision- making, problem- solving, strategic planning abilities and good budget management
· Prudence, honesty, responsible, good communication and problem- solving skills
· Basic English
· Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
· Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
· Positive, proactive at work
· Leadership skills and ability manage staff
· Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
· Knowledge of import and export and calculation of product norms

Overtime (if any): Calculated on total salary.
