Mô tả công việc
Assist/help to serve the guest when necessary.
Perform monthly inventory and report to the manager.
Perform other tasks assign by the Operations Manager.
Ensure the service/food/drink quality is good according to the company SOPs.
Work with the team on daily bookings and planning the table layout to maximize capacity while ensuring the other guests&039; comfort.
Check on guest&039;s satisfaction, aware of any dissatisfaction symptoms to avoid any potential problems. Handle the problem, if it&039;s out of your authority inform the manager to help you with the problem.
Maintain good body hygiene and grooming.
Ensure the Food safety and hygiene in the Restaurant.
Manage staff roster.
Check on upcoming events/promotions and make announcements to the staff, handle the event, or private group of VIPs.
Observe and report daily restaurant operations such as revenues, complaints, and staff performance directly to the manager.
Ensure the restaurant is always clean, tidy, and in good function. All the equipment like table, chair, AC, lighting and other equipment is working and in good condition.

At least 1 years of experience in this position

Ability to work overtime if required, working on a holiday, Tet
