Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop and implement customer care programs tailored to specific customer segments.
Supervise and manage the Customer Relationship team to ensure service quality meets company standards.
Coordinate with relevant departments (sales, technical, operations, etc.) to address and resolve customer issues, feedback, and inquiries promptly.
Monitor and analyze customer data; prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Propose strategies and initiatives to improve customer service and enhance the customer experience.
Train, guide, and evaluate the performance of the Guest Relation team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related fields.
Strong leadership and data analysis capabilities.
High sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication, problem- solving, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team leader role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
