• Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of highquality.
• Coordinate with the Production manager to allocate resources effectively, including manpower and raw materials.
• Facilitate training programs with the support of Production Manager to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to address machine issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Address production issues and challenges promptly to Production Manager
• Supervise and coordinate production process and operations across shifts.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine performance and downtime.
• Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a production supervisor in backpack or schoolbag manufacturing company.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced and dynamic production environment.
• Good English
• Strong understanding of processes and machinery.
• Detail- oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills
