Giám Sát Thu Hồi Nợ (Recovery Agency)

Manages the external law firms of SVFC who are providing recovery debt collection service (50%)
· Perform their task with utmost integrity. Documentation and process guidelines required must be strictly complied with.
· Monitors the team attrition and attendance – absences/tardiness. Always ensure full capacity.
· Supports the agencies on handling difficult cases to maximize recoveries.
· Supports in training and coaching the agency collectors how to approach, negotiate and suggest payment options to customers and arrive at firm settlement arrangement.
· Tracks the daily collection for each agency and ensure each agency is updated on the amount collected.
· Agency visits are done on a weekly basis for each law firm with corresponding agency visit report.
Strategy and Support (30%)
· Suggestions & Handling Internal Issues.
· Strategy and plan with the Recovery Head on how to improve or maximize recovery collections.
· Support the Recovery (A)Manager/Collection Head in the implementation of initiatives, strategies and plan for recovery.
· Support Recovery Head in the implementation of initiatives, strategies and plan for recovery.
Other tasks (20%)
· Handling incoming calls and inquiries from the clients who have received notices care of the agency tele or field collector.
· Handle phone in complaints and file incident report complaint received including thru external agencies.

Education
· With good moral character
· College or University Graduate
· Goal driven
· Willing to work 5.5 days a week
· Can work and deliver even under pressure
· Can communicate and write in English
Working experience
· Previous collection experience is an advantage and will be prioritized.
· Willing to do both tele and field work
Other skills
· High integrity, responsibility, disciplinary and good moral character
