Giám Sát Vận Tải (Củ Chi, Vĩnh Long)

Ensure driver&039;s compliance with internal and external regulation/SOP (e.g., no tolerance of alcohol, drugs, ETC.)
Build up good relationship with on- site teams (SOC, FMLM) and drivers.
Review and monitor BAU/Spike- day plan for number of trucks.
Actively contribute/ input detailed understandings from the ground (operation, driver, ETC.) to support high level on operation optimization.
Ensure continuous improvement of performance (on- time and fulfilment) and operation efficiency (SOPs)
In collaboration with other functions, address urgent cases (e.g., emergent request of extra truck/replacement, overloaded stations, heavy traffic, ETC.)
Ensure implementation of plan to ensure quality (timing, missing, lost) and quantity (number of trucks)
Work on shift- base: On- site 30% and monitoring through system 70%.
Deeply understand root cause of failures in Operation (e.g., late, driver&039;s fraud, ETC.)
Prepare yearly plan for regional level to ensure optimal operation at best cost and SLA.
Initiate and follow up projects to improve Linehaul operation.

English reading skill: Good
Problem- solving: Excellent
Experienced in team management.
Experienced as Linehaul Coordinator or similar: min 3 years.
College, bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, facility management will be an advantage.
Excel/Reporting and Analytical tools: Intermediate
Analytical mindset: Good
Truck monitoring GPS/Tools: Experienced
Experience in SOP Design/Optimization is a big plus.
Team Collaboration: Good
Task management: Good
