Teaching activity:

Fulfill teaching classes according to the company quality standards and expectations.
Complete class report and comment on students’ performance on ECO after every class.
Satisfy the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Simplified lesson plans to be prepared and submitted when being required
Successfully meet all the requirements stated in the Teacher Handbook.
Be willing to substitute when required;

Taking part in non- teaching activities:

Attend at least 12 hours of training per year;
Complete all assessment tests after the training as required.
Attend events, tests and contests as well as other activities upon request.

Communications:

Mandatory usage of EQuest Workplace for communications.
Mandatory usage of IvyPrep email, not personal email for work communications.

Degree:

University degree in English Language, TESOL or Master degree in English linguistics preferred.

Certification:

If not a native speaker, Preferred ONE OF International Certificates of Language Proficiency: TOEFL 113 or above; IELTS 7.5 or above.
A teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA) is preferred;

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in teaching English for children aged from 6 to 13 or teaching exam preparation courses is preferred.

Knowledge:

Preferred knowledge on teaching methodologies, principles and methods for curriculum and training design.

Skill:

Communication and presentation skills;
Critical thinking and problem- solving;
Team working and decision making;
Multi- tasking, working under high pressure, organization.

IT & software:

Competent in MS Word, Excel, Project, PPT;
Moderate understanding of LMS and other education software.

Personal quality:

Honest, disciplined, enthusiastic, dynamic, innovative, and confident
High commitment with the center/company, and the teacher’s role.
Willing to work in professional development.

Rate: 350,000 VND- 500,000 VND/hour;
1 year contract
