Expert Management & Content QA
Design, update, and deliver SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks for a group of global data annotation Experts.
Directly review and audit expert output, including:
Data labeling & annotation quality
AI- generated math solutions (e.g., error correction, scoring, rewriting)
Problem sets & exercises sourced from OpenStax or other curriculum frameworks
Math Content Operations
Spot and correct AI hallucinations or generation errors in math content on MathGPT.ai.
Collaborate with content teams to develop, validate, and curate high- quality math exercises for university and high school levels.
Ensure alignment with programs like OpenStax, US Common Core, and international math curricula.
Process Improvement
Actively utilize data & work with the Operations team to identify bottlenecks and propose timely solutions to continuously optimize team processes.
You Must Have
Be able to communicate effectively in English
Be familiar with at least one programming language (C, Java, Python, …)
Bachelor in Mathematics/Physics or STEM Education.
Solid background in Linear Algebra, Calculus- Analysis, Probability and Statistics (at undergraduate/graduate level).
Be familiar with LaTex, MathType
