GIS Specialist

Vietmap Application JSC is established in the year 2006 by an elite group of experts in GIS (Geographic Information System) and information technology.
We are looking for a GIS Specialist to join our Map team.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Create maps and other visualizations.
Perform spatial analysis.
Design, develop and maintain GIS software applications and web- based applications.
Work with geospatial data to create and manage maps, data conversion tools, QC tools.
Collect a variety of sources and manage data.
Develop and maintain GIS databases.
The GIS Specialist are responsible for using geographic information systems (GIS) and C programming language to collect, analyze, and visualize geographic data.

Bachelor ‘s degree in Geography, GIS, or a related field.
At least 2 years working with GIS software, such as ArcGIS Desktop, QGIS.
Experience with spatial analysis and data visualization techniques.
Have knowledge of programming languages such as C, Python, ...
Growth mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good English is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
