Glassia Quality Assurance Officer

Perform on- site quality control audits and submit reports and recommendations for improvement to management.
Support the team during third- party audits from health departments and other related agencies.
Prepare and present monthly quality assurance reports to management.
Ensure equipment and machinery are calibrated and operating correctly.
Address and resolve quality issues professionally, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Inspect all areas of facilities to ensure conditions maintain the quality of supplies and materials.
Perform quality control inspections, in- house testings and testing with third- party laboratories to maintain standards.
Other relevant responsibilities as discussed during the interview.
Implement strict quality control processes and procedures at all refill facilities to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.
Provide training to production teams on quality control and related topics to maintain high standards.
Prepare and maintain relevant quality control documents and procedures for production.
Analyze daily production reports to assess quality standards at each refill location.

Reliable, organized, and responsible.
2- 3 years of relevant experience (experience in beverage production is an advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, business management, science, engineering, or a related field.
Professional working skills.
Strong awareness of basic quality control standards.
Ability to problem solve and implement proactive solutions.
Strong English and Vietnamese language skills.
Strong attention to detail.
